Kalashnikov Alexander V. - Chief Executive Officer

Mr Kalashnikov is a Russian citizen. He holds a degree of mathematics and applied mathematics from Novosibirsk State University and a Management degree from Altay State University. Mr Kalashnikov is a senior executive with vast management experience at the corporate as well as at the operations level. From 1995-1997 Alexander Kalashnikov was employed by Agroindustrial Company ―Khleb Altaya (later - OJSC PAVA) as Director General, defining the business development strategy. Between 1997 and 2007, Mr Kalashnikov was employed by Pension Capital Fund of Russian Federation, heading Management Department, first in Rubtsovsk (Altay region), later in Barnaul (Altay Region). Since 2007 till the mid of 2008 Alexander Kalashnikov has acted as a Chief Director of Business Development Department at CJSC PAVA Group. Afterwards, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Russian Agricultural Division, where he is responsible for the Company’s business development, organization of activity, interaction with the enterprises, executive authorities, tax authorities, Court Bailiffs Service, public prosecutor’s office. Mr. Kalashnikov’s expertise in management is highly valued, and is one of the key factors for RAD’s successful development.

Tretyakova Olga V. OJSC RAD, Chief Financial Officer

In 2003 Olga Tretyakova graduated from Altay State University with a degree in Finance & Credit, has certificates ‘Chief accountant’ and ‘Specialist in enterprise valuation activity’. She takes an active part in advanced training courses on budgeting, new form of balance of payments and methods of its completion, control over the execution, etc. (Moscow, Russian Lines of Communication Academy). From 2003-2006 Mrs. Tretyakova held the position of leading economist at OJSC Barnaul Railroad Car Repair Plant where she was responsible for budgeting and business planning of the enterprise. Since 2006 Mrs. Tretyakova was head of OJSC PAVA IR department. The scope of her responsibilities included cooperation with investment companies and banks on raising funds for investment projects; securities monitoring, their maintenance in MICEX and RTS quotation lists. In 2007-2008 Mrs. Tretyakova worked as Deputy Business Development and IR director in CJSC PAVA Group. In 2008 she was appointed Deputy CFO, later becoming Chief Financial Officer at OJSC RAD where she is responsible for a wider range of issues including preparation of financial reports. Alongside her professional activity Mrs. Tretyakova teaches in the department of Tax and Taxation at Altay State University. She has published more than 10 scientific articles, the fields including statistics, economy, and investments.

Bondarenko Sergey V. – Director General of OJSC “Transagro Corporation” and Commercial Director of OJSC RAD

Mr Bondarenko has a degree in law. For three years he worked as a lawyer at Altay Territorial Association ―The Russian Association of Afghan War Veterans. Before coming to OJSC Transagro Corporation Mr Bondarenko held the position of Deputy Commercial Director in LLC Inernationalist-Holding and organized wholesale distribution including that of agricultural products; purchase and sale of securities; acquisition of enterprises. Besides, he cooperated with state organizations in the sphere of land allotment for real estate construction. Until 2007 he acted as a manager of Procurement and Sales Department in OJSC Transagro Corporation. Mr Bondarenko has vast practical knowledge in purchase and sale of grain - searching for potential suppliers and buyers in different regions, concluding contracts and supervision of their execution, price monitoring, tracking and liquidation of accounts receivable. Since 2007 Mr Bondarenko has held the position of Director General at OJSC Transagro Corporation. He is involved in organization, planning and control over the enterprise and its structural units; financial planning and reporting, budgeting, bookkeeping and tax accounting, interaction with the Company’s Board of Directors, shareholders, local government bodies, etc. Simultaneously, Mr Bondarenko holds the position of OJSC RAD Commercial Director and manages all commercial activity, storage and underworking of agricultural produce.

Kalpokas Vladas K.– Head of Agricultural Department

Mr Kalpokas is a Candidate of Agricultural Science and an Honored Worker of Russian agriculture. His awards include a silver medal at Exhibition of Economic Achievements, multiple letters of commendation from Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Siberian branch. Mr Kalpokas graduated from Patent Science Institute and Moscow higher advanced training school of selection and genetics. He has broad research experience, has worked on agricultural technologies development and introduction of resource-saving technologies in the Altay territory. For a long period of time Mr Kalpokas held the position of Deputy Production Director at Altay Research Institute of Agriculture and Horticulture where he was responsible for managing production activities of the enterprise. At present, Mr Kalpokas holds the position of Director at OJSC RAD Agro-industrial department dealing with functional regulation, coordination and control of RAD agricultural enterprises’ operations; organization of centralized procurement with agricultural machinery, enhancement of crop yield and quality, etc.

Ischenko Vladimir P.Chief Executive Officer, OJSC “RAD” structural unit (East Division)

In 1983 Mr Ischenko graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Agricultural University with an Honorary degree of a learned agronomist. In 1997 received a two-year professional retraining diploma in Agroindustrial Management from Krasnoyarsk State Agricultural University. Mr Ischenko worked in several Krasnoyarsk companies before starting his career in OJSC RAD: Uchumskiy cattle-breeding factory, Krasnopolyansk state farm where he held the position of Chief Agronomist, Krutoyarskiy state farm where he worked as Director during 1987-1998. In his scope of work were land research, development of crop growing methods, selection of agricultural crops and equipment, management of production and commercial activity, safety engineering and control. In 1998-1999 Mr Ischenko worked as Assistant to the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk territory in the Agroindustrial Sector which involved developing strategies supporting local producers and budget planning. In 1999 he took the position of Director in LLC Agrofirma Uchumskaya, and in 2006 was accepted to the Board of Directors becoming Chairman. Presently Mr Ischenko is the Chief Executive Officer at OJSC RAD structural unit (East Division). This position implies strategic planning, controlling acquisition of lands and farms, organizing agricultural production.

Zoreev Alexander I.Chief Executive Officer, OJSC “RAD” structural unit (West Division)

In 1985 Mr Zoreev graduated from Omsk Higher Tank Engineering College where he majored in Machinery Operation Engineering. Mr Zoreev constantly improves his professional skills, regularly attending such courses as International road haulage, General requirements of industrial safety, Management decision-taking, etc. Previously to OJSC RAD, Mr Zoreev held the positions of Director General, Production Director and Director in several companies, managing financial activities, distribution, production, procurement, safety engineering and other areas. He also has extensive expertise in supervising land acquisition. Presently Mr Zoreev is Chief Executive Officer of the West Division of OJSC RAD. He manages all economic and agricultural processes as well as planning the development strategy of the West Division. He is also responsible for organizing the working process of the unit, issuing and controlling assignment execution, controlling quality and dates of acquiring farms and agricultural lands and working with controlling units.

Evdokimov Mikhail G.Academic agricultural farming consultant

In 1971 Mr Evdokimov graduated from Omsk Agricultural University where he majored in Agronomy. In 1975 he obtained his Doctor of Agriculture Degree specializing in Selection and Seed farming. Since 1973 Mr Evdokimov has been Laboratory manager at Siberian Agricultural Research Institute, where he carries out research on selecting durum wheat varieties, such as «Angel», «Omskaya», «Amber», «Siberian Pearl» and others. Presently Mr Evdokimov advises on farming operations in the West Division and other structural units.

Belyaev Vladimir I. Academic advisor on new equipment and technologies implementation

In 1981 Mr Belyaev graduated from Altay State Agricultural Institute where he majored in technical engineering. Then he continued his education presenting his Master’s thesis in 1987 and his Doctor’s thesis in 2000. For the past 27 years Mr Belyaev has been teaching and consulting specialists at the Agricultural Machinery Department in the Altay State Agricultural University. Today Mr Belyaev is Doctor of Engineering and honorary Higher Professional Education figure. Mr Belyaev supervises Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Department at OJSC RAD.
