Andrey P. Igoshin
Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC RAD and PAVA

Mr Igoshin is one of the founders and main shareholders of OJSC PAVA. He graduated from Siberian State Service Academy in 2007. Mr Igoshin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Grain Union, an alliance of enterprises and organizations whose activity is directed at grain production, storing, processing and selling.

Pavel S. Igoshin
Director of the Board of OJSC RAD and PAVA

Mr Igoshin is a co-founder of OJSC Pava. He graduated from Polzunov Altay State Technical University.

Galina P. Balaenkova
Director of the Board of OJSC RAD and PAVA; International Business Development Director and Director of Investor Relations

Ms Balaenkova graduated from Altay State University in 2002, with a Bachelor degree in Auditing and Accounting. Lately she graduated from University of New South Wales (Australia) with the Master of Commerce (Marketing and Management) and Master of Commerce in International Business. She joined PAVA in 2000 as an intern accountant and is now International Business Development Director and Director of IR.

Sergey S. Balaenkov
Director of the Board of OJSC RAD and Chief Financial Officer of OJSC PAVA

Mr Balaenkov graduated from Altay State University in 2002 with a degree in Finance and Credit. He joined the company in 2000 as a Sales Manager and since 2002 worked as Head of the Sales Department. During 2003-2006 he was appointed an Independent Adviser while studying at the University of New South Wales (Australia) where he obtained a Master of Commerce in Banking and Master of Professional Accounting degrees.

Jan Hendrik Kremers
Director of the Board of OJSC RAD

Mr Kremers is a graduate of the Agricultural University of Wageningen, the Netherlands. He majors in the Science of agricultural systems (emphasis on agricultural economics and politics). Mr Kremers has several years of working experience in commerce and consultancy. He worked as area manager at Gascoigne Melotte, where he was in charge of sales and marketing of turnkey projects for dairy and processing industries. At Fort Dodge Animal Health he was responsible for the commercial side of business in Eastern Europe and Russia. For Campina Melkunie he was responsible for setting up a dairy and arable farm for a group of Dutch farmers, investors. As Managing director of Difco International B.V., the Netherlands, he is involved in the overall management of company including financial management, business strategies and policies, human resources. Besides, he is engaged in acquisition of financial institutes and commercial companies in the Near and Far East, Russia, the Netherlands. Mr Kremers has excellent contacts with traders and manufacturers in agricultural, feed and dairy industries.
